welcomes you to our salon. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A credit card may be required to secure your slot.
- Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving >15 minutes late may result in shortened service or rescheduling (full fee applies).
Payments & Pricing
- Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash, or e-transfers.
- Prices: Listed in CAD and subject to change without notice.
- Deposits: Certain services (e.g., weddings, extensions) may require a Non-Refundable Deposit.
Refunds & Service Guarantees
- Products: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days with receipt.
- Services: If unsatisfied, notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment (excludes chemical services). No cash refunds.
Health & Safety
- Allergies/Medical Conditions: Disclose allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns (e.g., pregnancy) before treatment. We are not liable for undisclosed conditions.
- Patch Tests: Required for first-time color/chemical services (free of charge).
Liability
- Property Damage: We are not responsible for damage to personal belongings (e.g., jewelry, clothing).
- Service Risks: By proceeding with treatments, you acknowledge potential risks (e.g., hair damage, skin irritation).
Children & Minors
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. Minors (under 18) need parental consent for services.
Privacy
- Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (linked separately).
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline service for:
- Safety concerns (e.g., scalp infections).
- Inappropriate behavior (harassment, intoxication).
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
